This is my card for the Color Challenge hosted by Jeanne. Her wonderful colors are: Calypso Coral, Soft Succulent and Misty Moonlight. The dessert option is to add a color of your choice.
These colors made me think of autumn. Perhaps because I am so looking forward to cooler weather! I used a new-to-me stamp set for the first time. I heat embossed in black the image & the sentiment. I thought the milk-can would be good in the Misty blue; and the Coral & Succulent colors could work for the arrangement. I used both those colors on the big leaves and used the Coral on the berries and the Succulent on the little leaves. The artichoke is neutral Mossy Meadow and the cat tails are neutral Pecan Pie.
After watercoloring, I die-cut the image and a mat with stitched rectangles and then layered on DSP and some Chicken Wire. I fussy cut the sentiment and popped it up on Dimensionals and added a braided trim bow. Both the chicken wire and braided trim were part of the suite with this stamp set back in 2018. I had purchased them separately and happened to still have some.
We hope you will join in and show us your creative adventure with this beautiful color combo! TFL

OH MY Diane! I have been itching to get this stamp set out again these last few weeks myself, but what you've done with it here is so impressive I'm fearful to try! (hehe)
Truly, though, what a LOVELY use of this week's color combo - and your aqua painter painting is heavenly! Teach me your skills, please? Only slightly kidding - I'm not too good with those!
