I'm your hostess in the Color Challenge this week. I pulled my colors from the Stampin' Up! DS paper called Texture Chic: Soft Succulent, Soft Suede and Mango Melody. The dessert option is to use DS (designer Series aka printed/patterned) paper.
The layout of this card comes from Sharon Armstrong, a Texas SU demo who has been posting some really interesting designs recently. I also used some new stamps and dies from an online class I took recently with Taylored Expressions. It was great fun!
I stamped the flowers and leaves with Black archival ink, then colored with Polychromos colored pencils and blended with Gamsol. Stamped the "thanks" in Mango Melody ink on white cardstock and die cut it, too. Arranged all and added a few gems.
Thanks for taking a peek at my card. Now have some fun and make a card using these colors, and post it in the gallery for us all to admire!

Oh, I love this! Beautiful die-cut flower, leaves and sentiment. The card fold is niffy. The background paper is perfect. Love the subtle design and the texture. Fabulous card! Thanks for the inspiration and the wonderful colors this week!
