This card is for both today's fun sketch challenge as well as today's alphabet challenge letter M is for monster. I do not have any monster stamps so went with punch art and knew I had succeeded when I showed my adult daughter the card and she immediately said, "Cookie Monster!" Win!
I let Cookie Monster influence my choices of colors and sentiment which is why the B is for Birthday sentiment came to be. For the background, this Typewriter texture seemed appropriate and I lightly rubbed over the letters with some gold metallic rub - just here and there to add to the worn look of the embossing.
Thanks for the fun challenges and thanks for looking!

Cute Cookie Monster Catherine. I love the embossed BG and how you’ve added the large B and sentiment. Happy day

You did well by creating a cookie monster, Catherine. Your colors and design are really fun for a child. And who doesn't love that adorable Sesame Street character~
