Itâs my turn to host the Inspiration Challenge (IC883) and weâre visiting Wescover and their Pinterest Board where I found THIS lovely rug.
I stamped, colored and die cut the Thanksgiving greeting w/ a stitched circle die. Since the rug had a lot of diamond shapes on it, I turned the maroon square to form a diamond behind the circle. The leaves and branches were die cut out of some leftover Gilded Rainbow paper I made ages ago. For the background, I die cut the lattice cover die out of white and by chance, found on one of sheets of the Harvest Time paper, the pattern fit perfectly inside the lattice openings. I backed the scallops of the cover die w/ another piece of maroon paper.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog: The Write Stuff

Exquisite Thanksgiving card, Julie. The fall foliage accenting your central panel is so beautiful and the bg of a cover-all die cut and stamping adds to the beauty of the entire card.

Loving all those autumn colors! How wonderful that the patterned paper fit perfectly inside the lattice openings.
