I made a couple panels of faux handmade paper for Sabrina's challenge on Monday and combined with today's sketch challenge I was inspired to create this card. I found a compatible paper from the Paige Evans pad to go with my faux paper and cut them into triangles per the sketch design. I mounted them onto copy paper to keep it on the lighter side due to the faux paper being done on Neenah heavy cs. I used three colors of acrylics, pink, yellow, green and a silver glitter paint that dried clear except the glitter. I stamped and watercolored the cherries, stamped the sentiment and die cut with a decorative oval die.

Julie, this is gorgeous. I really like the background and the wonderful design. Your cherries are colored beautifully. You need to play with us in the Wednesday Watercolor Challenge. I see you haven't posted in a while. I hope all is well.
