The Victorian era was the period of Queen Victoria's reign, from 20 June 1837 until her death on 22 January 1901. Today's ABC16 is V for Victorian. I have a few Victorian pieces of furniture and a clock from my family. Antiques Roadshow now calls it 'brown' furniture, not very desirable anymore.
I used two new to me SSS and Sizzix 3D folders. Yes, the little oval frame is an ef. Sponged on some orchid Brilliance ink. There is unicorn white ink on the larger folder, very subtle. I have some reproduction Victorian scrap in my Easter stash so used some of that. Didn't want to cover up the background too much. I bought the larger ef because of a video by Yana Smakula of SSS. Interestingly, she is Ukrainian, lives in Ukraine and the last video I watched was her filming in her basement. I hope she is safe.
This is also for today's sketch by Lee...love it and thanks. Decided to go a different route than hexagons.

Such a beautiful card. I love the embossed BG and how you framed part of it. I hope Yana is safe too. I also like her videos. Happy Easter.

I bet that golden bunny lays golden eggs! Wait, bunnies don't lay eggs...they only hide them...Anywho, I love this card. What patience you have to fussy cut the flower bouquet. I love your color scheme and how you put the card together. Your embossed background is perfect with the embossed die cut frame. Sequence in the center is a wonderful choice as an added embellishment. Beautifully made. Kudos.
