Lisa is our Teapot Challenge hostess and we are sending cards of encouragement to Heather who loves dogs. I stamped 6 strips of cardstock with the color challenge colors - substituting my closest colors. Thank you, Jeanne, for these fun colors to work with. These strips were mounted on a black panel. I noticed too late that I had mounted my scrip strip upside down. lol Using a die with dog houses and paws and black cardstock, I made a border to adhere near the bottom of the card front. That border strip was mounted on gray. The dog image was die cut and mounted on the sentiment panel. I hope our cards with be an encouragement to Heather.
Thank you, Lisa and Jeanne, for these great challenges!

Awwwwww...your cute pup reminds me of a Boston Terrier we had as a kid. His name was Nubbins. So, so sweet. Love the bg you created with the various stamps. I wouldn't have noticed the script if you hadn't pointed it out. LOL. We'll call it a creative decision. I imagine you have some left over strips to make some more great cards. Great bg for all kinds of images/sentiment. Fabulous card.

Isn't that always the way? I swear there's more than a fifty-fifty chance of putting the script on upside down. But who would ever notice when there is so much other fabulous stuff to look at on this sweet card. Great challenge combo!
