Jen gave us a good challenge: Healthy Habits for the New Year: CAS673 - Healthy New Year - January 17, 2022 by Jennifrann at Splitcoaststampers
I am thinking bird watching could be healthy. Just go walking in the woods and check out all the birds you can find or just check them out from the window inside your home. Right??? Right. I am a bird lover and bird watcher and have books to identify them if I don't know.
The cardinals seem to come for food when it snows....lots of them. We had snow yesterday but it didn't stick. I wanted it to. Ha

This is lovely. Love your copic coloring. That tree looks real. I am still learning. A walk in the woods is always wonderful as is wildlife viewing. Snowing here today so quite lovely and not too much to shovel!

A walk in the woods to watch birds is great exercise! I just have to walk out onto my front porch though. Not sure that counts for much. I love the red birds in the trees.

No melting snow here, ha, ha! We have 4 bird feeders out the kitchen window and get cardinals amongst a lot of other birds. Love how you coloured and framed your beautiful Northwoods scene!
