I focused on the flowers as I don't have a hot air balloon stamp. I pulled out this monoprint I had in my stash. It was done by inking up the back of a stencil, sprayed with water and pressed onto my cardstock. I used it as my background behind the die cut flower frames.
For the main panel, I did a Gel Plate print using my Distress Oxide inks. I added some white along the edges to add interest.
