To create my background, I first die cut the hearts repeatedly from vellum to create my stencil. Then I sponged my three ink colors softly and randomly across the panel. After covering the panel in ink, I put the heart stencil on top and sponged with the same ink color as below to create the heart pattern.
I stamped my cute little panda and colored the heart on the envelope matting that panel in black. I stamped and fussy cut the conversation heart and popped it up with dimensionals.
