Today's inspiration site is Tim Holtz's Sizzix Pinterest Board. (a site that had me doing hours of looking instead of just choosing and creating - lol
I finally settled on this tag as it's time for me to start thinking hearts and Valentine's Day. I wanted to try out a Sizzix Macrame die that I picked up before Christmas then couldn't figure out what to do with it. . . .
I made a colored panel (in lieu of a tag) by smearing Calypso rainbow ink on an acrylic block, spritzing it with water then pressing my cardstock onto it to let the colors blend over the paper. Die cut the macrame corner from heavy white then fussy cut it to be a stand alone piece rather than a corner panel. I die cut a trio of hears and my sentiment from a paint chip called "beet" and then several more hearts for contrast from a smooched ink bg in my stash. Finished by wrapping 2 of the hearts with metallic aqua stretch cord.

This is beautifully designed from your rainbow background, beautiful macrame die cut to your pretty metallic cord wrapped around the hearts! Lovely!
