I call this a 'grab and go' kind of card. Grab a few stash backgrounds and get going!
Ever since Gracie had the dryer sheet challenge for Falliday, I've wanted to try it. I don't have a Xyron or spray adhesive (well, I did but it's all clogged up) so I used mat medium to adhere a used dryer sheet to an ink smooshed background, I think with DOx sprays. It wasn't very pretty but I like it with the misty dryer sheet over it. Then I rubbed some glitter from Lavinia, a bright green of course. The panel with the birds (which are very faint, used a gold/blue ep) was a piece leftover from another project, I think watercolor. Added some snowy glitter to that (they're spring birds, bemused by a late spring snowstorm) and a simple sentiment.
This is for yesterday's tea party for Theresa (use lots of color) and for today's sketch. Did my best to envision the sketch, mostly using Angella's card.

Oh, I just love this beauty Jean! Wonderful colors, love the embossed birds and the touch of sequins. Perfection! This will be such a treat for Theresa.
