It's my honor to host the Splitcoast Featured Stamper Challenge & a big congrats to Dacia, the newest Featured Stamper! She has a beautiful gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the Christmas theme & inked/embossed bg but used different images & dies & inked a die (instead of an embossing folder) & embossed it.
For my slimline card, I used these beautiful layering stamps & Color Fuse inks to stamp the pinecones, berries & leaves then die cut them. I attached them to a red rectangle frame on top of a green rectangle. On the long bg, I inked the die w/ gray ink then embossed it instead of cutting it. I really like the pattern it left.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ more details & pics & links: The Write Stuff

I loved that card of Dacia's too. This is a beautiful case in the slimline shape, Julie. I have never thought to ink a die, and it looks fantastic. Really adds definition. This is really pretty in the red and white for those gorgeous pinecones!
