Our inspiration site today is Riverbend Home - I do believe I will spend the next couple of days looking at all the goodies here. I didn't get too far into the site before I ran across this Canvas Wall print . It made me smile & brought back memories of childhood.
I decided to use a technique I found here on SCS called Ghosting also known as Versamark resist. I stamped all my images on glossy cardstock with versamark & set aside to dry (DO NOT emboss) Once completely dry, I brayered Royal Satin Rainbow ink over the entire piece until I had the desired saturation. Just for fun I decided to overstamp the center image offsetting just slightly using a shimmery metallic blue ink. Finished with my own computer generated sentiment for my financial analyst son in law.

Wonderful technique, Linda, and I love the colors. This is how I feel about birthdays these days! Very cool card. I see how you were inspired by the wall hanging and I totally love the way you mind thinks. Hugz

Your design on this card is amazing, Linda. The numbers theme is perfect for your clever birthday card and your color gradation is awesome. Perfect sentiment.
