This color combo did not first appeal to me, but then when I got this card together, I love this combo! Go figure! LOL This is for the Color Challenge this week to use some past color challenges they listed. This is CC784 to use Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride and Grapefruit Grove. I only had the Grapefruit Grove ink. I sponged it on the SU! Irresistably Yours Speacialty DSP to make my own color of DSP. Love this; best buy I ever made from SU! LOL If you do not have DSP to match, make your own! I followed a tutorial by Kelly Acheson to make a bridge card, this one fits an A2 envelope. I stamped the flowers from Secret Garden and die cut. I put the card together, and now see I should have used the blusshing bride cs under the dsp, but the tutorial I followed just used a panel under the sentiment inside. Oh, well, hind sight is 20/20. For the Teapot Challenge , we are making cards for the mother of Anita (sniejte). We were to honor Annie by highlighting her fondness for fashion by including something representative of nylon on your card...it could be a parachute, hot air balloon, a banner, rope, maybe some type of nylon ribbon or fibers. She is celebrating her 80th. I wanted to put 80 on there, ended up not. So I paper pieced the dsp on the banners. I added Nuvo Crystal drops to the center of the flowers and for the Mixability challenge to do what makes us happy. Crafting makes me happy and combining challenges is fun too!
Thanks for looking.

Love this bright and cheery card. So glad you stuck with that color combination; it looks great on this card. Those flowers are fabulous -- the stamped and the die cuts. Wonderful card.
