A quick card for the Try A New Technique challenge as well as the Strip CAS Challenge. Loved how the Crinkled Chalk ink turned out. I use the strips I cut off this embossed piece. It had been embossed with one the EFs that Contra Pat had brought over last year, even on some of her special card stock! Thank you Pat.
I added the Kindness sentiment for our Alpha Challenge, suggested to me by my Alpha Sisters in our Zoom chat. Also this is for our Stamp To Spend Challenge this month given by Ina , suggested by Lynn to make a card and say something nice.
I used some ink pads that I have had for years and years and never use! They were juicy as ever, being that old! Thank you Jean for inspiring me to use them!
Thanks for looking.

These colors worked great for the TLC and you got a few challenges out of one card. way to go! The embossed strips really add great texture to the card also!

You made a fabulous card for the letter K Sharon. Your background is really beautiful with these colors you have used and how nicely they coordinate with each other. The textured strips remind me of a warm cozy sweater (which I love). Your sentiment matches the warm feeling of your card perfectly and the sequins add that touch of sparkle and elegance I love so much. ~Karen.
