Great to combine both of the challenges today. Lyn's was doing a front flap card, and Misti's was to add drips, splats or splatters.
I embossed this stamp which was a garage sale find last summer in gold, and used reinkers and an aqua brush (koi). I have hardly mastered the w/c technique, but fun to try as was the front flap. I realized I could just splatter with my aqua brush after w/c. My girlfriend Gloria is who I will be sending this to. Her father used to wake her up saying Morning Glory! I stamped my inside greeting-A happy hello in mint macaron ink. Thanks Lyn and Misti for both of these challenges to get a card made. tfl.

Such pretty flowers. I can remember my mother bringing back some seeds after a visit to her aunts in Toronto one year. Our climate isn't quite warm enough for them, though. Lovely to see them on your card. The gold embossing is so pretty with the deep blue.

This is just lovely! I love your color choices with that elegant gold embossing. I'm sure your friend was touched by this special greeting you made just for her.
