Angie...if I was a quilter, I'd have been in trouble! What a lovely site to find inspiration this week.
I loved all the fabrics, but this Scrappy Bundle-Dark reminded me of a fun Basic Grey group that was very 'quilty'.
For my main panel, I picked a collaged paper that had a strips of all the 12 patterns. In fact, Basic Grey sold their patterns as fabrics for some years. I cut the heart out before I die cut my panel so it would come over the edge to add visual interest.
I added a special button from my grandmothers button box. It's a nine panel pattern with tiny studs between the squares.
Did the sentiment make you chuckle? I have no clue how many stamps I own...heck, I can't remember all the stamps I have...but I know they are around there somewhere...and I'll go the extra mile to find just the perfect one...how about you?
Can't wait to see all the cards based on the quilts. Thank you, Angie for inspiring us this week!

I was just thinking about a stamp I bought recently. No idea where it is, amongst other things. Basic G was a great idea, sure do miss them. Wonderful button, true sentiment.

Oh gosh, what a super fun card this is Susan- and quite true too! I love the colorful background, and I fell in love with this bold red button even before I read it was from your dear grandmother's button box- how cool! ~Karen.

This sentiment should be on the banner at SCS. Wow is it ever true. The last thing I need is another stamp, yet I bought 4 this week. Crazy but fun.
Your card is wonderful, Susan. Your Grandmother's button is perfect as is that paper. Super fun! Hugz
