I went with COLORS using red, black, white, green brown, and hmmmm, my background may be off a bit. Mine is blue and this could be gray in my inspiration. Maybe I can get by with that.
I colored with Copics so no bonus points coming my way.
After coloring, I splattered some snow. I think my woodpecker is looking for insects on this cold day.
Made two of these...one for a guy birthday and will put sentiment on this one later.

What a gorgeous snowy scene you've created here, Brenda. Your coloring is beautiful and I love the red and black background to mimic the colors in your bird. The splattered snow is the perfect accent. My husband had the nerve to ask me if I knew how to make guy cards this morning after I've given him many cards over the years. ;) I guess I need to follow the beautiful, classy example you've set here and make him something a little more appropriate for both genders.

No crayons for me either. Love the scene and your woodpecker - reminds me of a winter trip to MN and watching woodpeckers. Interesting take on your inspiration piece but lovely
