For the Inspiration Challenge, Angie gave us a fantastic site, full of lots of inspiration. I found these calendar pages that inspired me to finish two projects. I loved the fun colors and whimsical feeling of the January and February calendars. I started this card in December, before I got sick and never knew what to do with it. I had the distressed ink background and the silver snowflake frame, but I couldn't find anything I liked to finish it. The snowflakes from her January calendar page reminded me of the partial card. I went with winter activity rather than Christmas like I originally planned. My mother cut the ice skate out on the Cricut. I am entering this card into the following challenges.

Such a wonderful card for winter. I love the silver snowflakes in the background. Your skate reminds me how I can't even stand up to ice skate. We used to go to Point Mallard (I'm sure you know where that is) and I would try. Poor hubby had to try to hold me up and probably had a sore arm the day afterward.
