Well it's been quite a while since I made a card and a lot has happened but I have decided it's time to return to the fold and what better way than with the Teapot challenge and the colour challenge.
I'm also submitting the card for the CAS Color and Sketch challenge and will have details on my blog shortly.
It is a simple card and perfect for my return. I'm so glad to see my sisters in craft hosting, another reason to participate.
It is a water colour wash of pumpkin pie and crushed curry on Shimmery white card stock then I inked up the peacock feather with markers and that's really it.
I stamped the greeting then heat embossed it and backed it with some Lovely lipstick card stock and mounted this on some craft foam and that's it folks.
Thanks for looking cheers Marg

Marg, this is such a creative, just gettin’ back to it card! I love the hopeful yellow splashed bg and your peacock feathers are perfect...sometimes very hard to get right. Amen to that uplifting message.
