This is for 2 challenges on Splitcoast, the Color (CC766), red, green & brown, & the Ways to Use It (WT767), use kraft. This will also go to one of our relatives still living in Texas. I usually make at least 1 Texas/western theme Christmas card every year.
My card is pretty CAS (clean & simple). I stamped the boot image, masked it, then stamped it again to make a pair. The greeting is actually a combo of two different ones. For the Santa hat, I stamped & colored it on a scrap & fussy cut it. The red panel was embossed to add a little texture & a piece of holly added in the corner.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ Copic colors & product links: The Write Stuff

Fabulous boots! I thought of my relatives in Texas when I saw your card. Great idea. Terrific use of the colors. I like the holly in the corner. Well done!
