I made this card as a shaker, so I stamped the trees and used some glitter on the bottom for snow although it can't be seen. Fussy cut the snowman and added him to the scene. The snowflakes are a Martha Stewart punch. I punched a blue velum and glitter paper, with the blue over the white snowflake. TFL
