This card is for both challenges today - F4A Going Buggy & Mixability Wood You Be Mine.
I started by selecting a lovely piece of Kaisercraft dp in faux woodgrain and covered it with gesso!! Once dry, I distressed the edges and adhered to the pistachio c/s. I had a lot of fun going through my box of UFO's and found the chocolate brown die cut fence, sweet peas which had been downloaded and printed from the internet, hydrangea flower which I had stamped, coloured and fussy cut. Tilda had been stamped, coloured and fussy cut, too, some time ago. Added the bunnies which were a RAK from Polly and the butterfly. A very busy Springtime scene!

I absolutely adore your precious scene here! Never thought to use gesso to soften up a background paper on a card! Love that idea and such a pretty coloring job you've done! HUGS
