hi there,
This week I am happy to be hosting the TLC Challenge that I'm calling 'Merging Backgrounds'. TLC740 ~ Merging Backgrounds~ {04/29/2019} by k dunbrook at Splitcoaststampers
For my card, I used 2 large bkg stamps. I masked off the left side of my card and stamped, then moved the mask to the other side and stamped with the other stamp to merge the design. I stamped the Thistle in the center of my card where the 2 stamps meet and clear embossed it to help make it pop.
I chose to use keep my card monochromatic as it seemed to help give the stamps a cohesive feel. I die-cut a frame and pop dotted my piece inside of that.
Thanks for looking and I hope you will come play along with us this week.

Such interesting background stamps, Karen. I looked at this a couple of times yesterday, and decided I didn't have anything that would work so well, but I did have a go. This would look fab in your trademark blues too, but I love the green.
