I love abstract art - every time you look at it - depending on your mood you see something different. Today I tried making my own piece based loosely on this abstract painting I dragged an assortment of acrylic paints over my cardstock using the edge of an old credit card. While it was drying, I stamped my Unity girl, colored with prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol and fussy cut the image. Mounted just a strip of my abstract art onto the blue card base. Then adhered my stormy weather girl gluing her feet to the base and using mounting foam to lift the rest of the image. . . .Oops - she was still "floating" as I forgot to put in ground shadow so quickly unstuck the feet colored in some pavement then reglued those toes!

Wonderful inspired card. Love the abstract panel you created, it is amazing. I really like your Unity girl and you coloured her perfectly. Love this..

Wow - this looks so cool, LInda! This is something you could definitely do with your Grandkids too (I used watercolors on my hand print cards - really wet ones). The image looks fab with that awesome panel. So fun! Hugz
