I made this card for this week's Teapot Party. Sabrina is our hostess and she chose a wonderful theme of "Bridging the Years." This is the first time I have made a gap card and I had so much fun making this that I have made several of them. The top snowflake is made using kromekote paper, sprinkling it with purple color burst powder, spritzing it with water, and setting it aside to dry. When dry, I die cut the snowflake from this piece. The snow flake is layered over a silver mirror snowflake and offset. I did this to hide the sentiment that is stamped on the inside of this card. I had to take a break from stamping in order to deal with some things in life and my creativity took a hike so thank you Sabrina for inspiring me with this week's wonderful challenge! This card also fits the Alphabet Challenge for the letter S for snowflake. ~Karen.

Could not make up my mind which one I liked the best - purple or aqua - two of my favourite colours but eventually chose the purple one. Love all the sparkle and glitter on the snowflake. Could do with some of that frostiness here at the moment to cool things down.
