Stamped the mountain BG in green & brown from an old SU set. Stamped the green layers with grass and rock and cut the layers. stamped the trees, flowers and animals and colored with copics. Created the scene. Finished off with the hiking labels and twine.
My MIL needed a few hikinng cards for her friends. I thought of a forest secene. She hand wrote the labels and I added them to the cards.

Great job Lisa! I think I may just understand the sentiment now, Appalachian Trail? I needed to see your description before it all fell into place for me.
