It's time for a new Color Challenge! This week is very special because it marks the 700th SCS Color Challenge and there are going to be prizes! The Design Team members have chosen their favorite color combination from when they hosted between the 600th and 700th challenges and will be giving away individual prizes for their gallery favorite.
In addition, there will be a grand prize winner to be chosen from those that make cards for all five of the DT members challenges. It's very exciting and I hope you'll join in this week!
For my favorite, I chose CC654 - Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Fresh Fig, with a dessert option to use metallics. That challenge was my first time as a Color Challenge hostess.
I'm also joining Stacy's DTGD challenge.
For my current card, I heat set leaves in gold embossing powder on Bristol then ink blended with Curry, Fig and Cajun. When done, the panel was splattered with metallic gold paint, which was also painted around all the panel edges. The rest of the card is pretty self explanatory, keeping it simple to let the panel and the glitter sentiment shine!
Thanks for looking and I hope you'll make time to celebrate with us and join the challenge - you could be a prize winner!

Stef, your card is stunning! Love the autumnal feel with the colors, the metallic leaves and glitter sentiment! It’s natures last hurrah before the snow! Wonderfully done!!

Your golden leaves look so Beautiful, Stef! I like the edges and splatters of gold on your blended panel also! The sparkly sentiment adds a nice touch to this creation~
