For last week's crumb cake free-for-all, using this week's sketch for the layout.
All for a missing gel plate: I can't find it. I've searched for weeks and weeks now, and cleaned/organized/purged my crafting domain. Still no gel plate. It's needed next weekend!
However, while looking for a lost item, I found a long-missing sentiment set and this curious shipping paper with the interesting texture. I'm not so sure about shaping a flower with the waffle-ish paper, but love it as a background between the two square die cuts. What do you think?
So. I ordered a new gel plate. What do you want to bet, I'll find the old one soon?

Lovely card with this sketch. I can relate to your story about searching high and low, not finding what you were looking for but finding something else.

I love the open die for the center and the texture behind it, Brenda!

I love the bg texture between the diamonds, Brenda! It adds such nice dimension to your flower also. I just hope you don't find the gel plate before the new one arrives....pretty card done mostly in kraft~
