This is for Allison's Sketch Challenge. We had a big monsoon storm today, so it was cloudy and hard to get a bright picture.
For my card, I stamped the flower bouquet once for the smaller panel #3; and on the larger panel #2, I stamped the flower bouquet over and over turning it as I stamped to create a coordinating background paper. I love how it turned out. I used ribbon and a silver ribbon slide buckle for elements 4 & 5. I put a silver embossed sentiment in a hodgepodge frame attached with brads. For a finishing touch, I used a glitter pen on the flowers & leaves. The sparkle is so pretty and it catches the light beautifully. I hope you enjoy the sketch as I did. Have fun! TFL

Pretty card and kudos for you for using up some of that hardware we probably all have in our stash somewhere. I know I do.

This is by far the prettiest card I've seen made with that image! I love the way you created the background to coordinate with the focal image. I have to get my hardware out and use it again - it looks amazing on this card! Faved.

Oh Diane, this is just gorgeous! I love this soft pink bloom as your focal. I was admiring your dsp so I went back up to the description to see where you got it, and imagine my surprise - you stamped it using the same flower stamp. Wow! What amazing results that yielded! The soft silver ribbon with gemstone slide and the silver sentiment hardware are the perfect finishing touches on this beautiful card! ~Karen.

Wonderful idea to use that stamp to also create a background.
I remember monsoons when I lived in AZ, especially the time I could barely get home from work.
