It's Tickle a Teapotter time and Sabrina's marvelous challenge, Sing, Sing a Song, is to be inspired by a song. The first record I owned was How Much is That Doggie in the Window. My brothers were ready to break that record very quickly
The dog is a RAK from Polly (peeps321) I colored it with alcohol markers, shaded with colored pencils and used a gel pens for highlights. I followed the Tent Card tutorial . Embossed the card front with a brick texture and sponged with Distress Inks, die cut a square window and window frame and popped up the frame. Adhered cute pp and a carpet embossed strip of beige, popped up the dog and accessories on the inside. Stamped, embossed and fussy cut the sentiment and popped it up over the frame. Added the paw print and bone to finish. TFL

Love how you've framed this cute little fella. Fun card. I too remember the "Doggie in the Window" song from an old LP we had when I was a kid.

Carla, this is just too cute...love your funny pup with your dsp bg, which I'm sure is a list of items running around pup's brain that he must take care of! I've not heard of the tent card, but it looks like fun, and I love it folds flat for a mailing envelope! Love the little dog paws and cute button bone!

Mean brothers! My brother used to scrape my Barbie doll's boobs on the sidewalk. At least I could cover them up and still use them. Super cute crazy dog. The BG paper is a fine choice and cute to boot. I need to dig my dogs out and give them some love. It's been too long. :-)

Gosh Carla, I was sure I had commented on this wonderful card, but I think I have been chuckling over it ever since I first saw it. I love your eager pup in the window with his to-do list ready. I love this song too and I really love the card you made based on this wonderful song. ~Karen.
