The decorative paper is stamped with the wheel and I used the same color on the card base and the frame layer. This is a great way to coordinate your papers. The porcupine is colored with watercolor crayons. Rick rack is attached with Diamond Glaze which is the same as Crystal Effects. White gel pen is used for the squiggle lines. All edges except pink are sponged.

Oh my goodness Roxie...looks like this little guy has had a very bad hair day! LOL...It is so cute. Well, if I can make it through the day without any unplanned crisis, I may be able to get to this challenge...been trying to do one all week, without much success.
