I wasn't sure if I could post this card for the tickle a Teapotter challenge it's maybe too childish ...but I love it!!
I was inspired by Lisa's write-up and I hope the recipient will like it.
I used my own template to make this card, and made plain steps which you can lift to fold the card flat
I found the cute lady bug on the internet, the puppy was a coloring page which I resized print it out and colored it, I die cut several bunches of balloons and layered to make a 3d effect, punched some tags and stamped them.

We must be sisters a long way back...:0). I ADORE this. the littel critters all polka-dotted are so saweet. I LOVE cute , so yep these right up my alley. Great job with the stair fold. and so so fun and colorful....TFs.,so glad you did...:0)

I didn't get to make a card for this challenge. But I think you card is absolutely adorable! I love those two critters and the steps you created and figured out how to make it fold too is amazing! You'd have to be dotty not to like this card!

Gee I think it is great and if you were to have one say no--I would take in an instant as is toooooo darn cute---and I am a kid at heart. Sweet sweet card for sure
