Today's Colors: Melon Mambo, Tangerine Tango, Night of Navy. Dessert: Bling no dessert for me today.
I stamped the cross in navy onto navy cs, which made it much darker. Colored the flower stamp with Tangerine, Melon & Crumb Cake markers. When die-cut, I did a little surgery so I could have all the flowers showing, glued to cross then added fun foam to the cross and adhered to the stitched oval. Sentiment stamped in navy inside tulip ef. I had wanted to use a colored card base, but felt this Easter card had more meaning on a white cb. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

Such a lovely Easter card! While beautifully CAS, you've skillfully added lovely details such as embossing, adding the stitched oval and threading the beautiful floral vine around the cross. So lovely!

Roberta, what a beautiful card! He is risen indeed! Praise God! I love how you've used this new die set (and I keep thinking I should still get the dies too after seeing how you've used them so beautifully). I also love how the flowers are wrapped around the cross (with surgery). ;) And the embossed frame is lovely. Your cards are so beautiful, and I really love how elegant they are. Thanks for the inspiring and for sharing your Hope! Hugs!
