I splattered and smooshed for this week's mixed media challenge and I swiped as well! The orange stripe is an ink pad dragged across the card, black paint spatters on top. I had an offcut of a shaving foam background (so that's splatter the ink on the foam and smoosh the paper into it :o)) and used that to cut the bubble die cut then inlaid the patterned pieces into a plain white one.
Supplies:
White, black orange cardstock
Shaving foam background offcut
Bright Bubbles Thinlits die by Sizzix
Mini Butterfly duo dies by Tim Holtz/Sozzix
Tim Holtz Distress ink by Ranger (Spiced Marmalade)
Versafine by Tsukineko (Onyx Black)
Say It Loud stamp set (Waltzingmouse Stamps, no longer with us)
Black fine line marker
Black acrylic paint
Copic markers

Joanne, what a gorgeous card! I love the inlaid die and the beautiful marbling, and what a fabulous butterfly! Just love your doodled border. Absolutely wonderful mixed media card! Hugs! xoxo
