Interesting sketch today....This card is going to a special gal that I met 5 years ago. She came to Wisconsin with her sister for a visit. Janette is one beautiful person...inside and out. This week will be her 80th birthday. Using my Ken Oliver Color Burst powder, made the bg on watercolor paper. My intention was to use this fringe loop die to make a flower....not looking good, took it apart and used it as the bottom for the fringe. Using the digi and the watered down pigment....wow are they concentrated, did the no line water coloring. Fussy cut the image and used it for the circle part of the sketch. Adhered the bg to the lattice die and made a V shape for the other panel. Stamped the sentiment and scored lines. TFL

I love this bright, beautiful card, Linda! I've never heard of the Ken Oliver color burst powder but I'm going to look it up. I can't believe the boldness and crispness of the colors! I'm sure your friend will love to his one.

Eye catching and beautiful! Your flower positively glows! I love the creative elements you have here - the fringe, the 'arrow' block, the gorgeous lattice. Wowsers!

STUNNING! Your colors are fabulous and peeking out richly behind your mosaic lattice! Your flower coloring is amazing and so three-dimensional...it just pops right up off the page! Yes, a truly stunning card...your recipient will LOVE it!
