MMTPT500 - Its our 500th tea party and we are deciding who will get our cards. My card is going to my little sister. I chose this image because she use to have a beetle bug many years ago. Her birthday is coming up and this sentiment just got me laughing and I hope it will give her a huge smile.
Stamped the beetle bug from Heartfelt Creations and colored with copics. Die cut the two layers for the frame and stamped the sentiment. Popped the top layer on dimensionals and added the beetle bug on dimensionals. Finished off with some flowers, leaves and Nuvo Drops.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking

I would love to have one of the old, original VW Bugs in this lemon-lime color you've chosen! I love your addition of the bunch of flowers - goes perfect with that car - Flower Power!

Lisa,
What a great card!! Yes, bugs are a classic!! My cousins had them, all of them in the family!! I actually sat in the back seat of one of them! Boy what memories!!
Love your coloring and added flowers, it was the flower power generation with those wonderfully brightly colored bugs!

You have so many great details - perfect coloring and placement of the bug and the flowers! The orange DP is such a nice contrast to the little green bug - your sister should enjoy this a lot.
