This card is the second for the Teapot Challenge that Polly aka peeps321 is hosting for this week ~ to use Van Gogh paintings as inspiration, this time I have used Sunflowers as my inspiration.
However I haven't really masted working with powder paint (I'm too heavy handed as you can see) I'm not entirely happy with the end result but it is bright and it is a sunflower.
I applied the powder with dry soft round brushes and then spritzed it with water.
You will all be pleased to know no stencils were hurt during this process and I only needed to use the brick to hold down the little banner while the teeny tiny dots of glue dried behind the greeting.

Grins, I think I overdo the Brushos too but I never seem to get much of an effect if I underdo it! I think your sunflower is just beautiful and so arty looking.

Wow, I am so impressed with your first try with this stencil - it's gorgeous and is so Van Gogh-like!!! Love this, and I am so relieved to know that no stencils were harmed in the making of this gem!!!
