For my Inspiration Challenge at Needlepoint.com, I was inspired by this wonderful scene: https://needlepoint.com/media/catalo...m/-/m-1600.jpg I found my inspiration under canvases and other animals. So many beautiful pieces of all kinds for inspiration.
I started my card by rubbing my Tim Holtz Distress Ink mimi pad in chipped sapphire over my complete panel to make it a night scene. I die cut the trees and a couple of the snowflakes. The other two snowflakes were punches. I stamped my buck's head on a piece of cardstock, colored with Copics and cut out with scissors. I only had the head for the buck so I just cut out a piece of cardstock for the body and colored it. I did the same thing for the scarf. I used a roll of paper I found at Hobby Lobby for the scarf. The last thing I did was splattering snow over the scene.
Hope you'll join in the challenge. I would love to see what you create.

Great site.....and your sample is outstanding! Love so many things about it, starting with the night sky. It's so brilliant. Your die cuts created the woodsy scene perfectly. Last but not least your buck.....this was clever and amazing making his body to complete him. I know many men who would love to see him during our deer hunting season. Love, love this card. TFS
