Today's super spring colours are gorgeous! I die cut the frame on the panel and popped up with foam tape. I wrapped lace around the smaller panel and popped that up too! Added the numbers to the die cut and used double foam pads top and bottom to get it up over the pearls! I unpicked some Blushing Bride pleated ribbon and ironed it flat to create the bow. The flowers are a mix of the two pinks.
