CAS453 = "make a card with a Christmas Tree that would be an unusual card/tree for you to make"
TLC662 = Loll Thompson's "Splash Watercolor" technique presented by Karen.
Using Loll's technique, I started with a DP rather than watercolor paper for the bg. The tree(got it on EBay so no idea of the SU set it came from)is rather "Charlie Brown"....so more length was added to the lower branches. I then bedazzled it with pearls and rhinestones...something I don't often do. Thought it made a good juxtaposition of "rustic" and "glamour".

Love the splashes of colour over your patterned paper background, Sallie! Never thought of doing that! Your tree is so sweet and sparkly with all the gems. xx

Your technique turned out wonderful on your subtle piece of dp, Sallie! Very Pretty Christmas card with your jazzed up, not-so-looking Charlie Brown tree! Love all those embellishments~
*This looks like the tree from Flaky Friends stamp set.
