RachOO: To get the ribbon to lay the same direction I "TRY" to remember which direction I folded/tied the knot in and hope that the other ones turn out the same. I try to tie it really slow and sometimes I guide the ribbon a little where I want it to go. Give yourself plenty of ribbon to work with them trim them down when the knots are done. But if it makes you feel better, they don't always turn out this good!! (lol) It has some to do with luck too! Hope this helps!
