Well it said to use water based inks, but I used alcohol inks! In any event, how much fun is this technique that I have had on my list of techniques to try for a very long time. I had enough to make several backgrounds, next time I will have different stencils at the ready.

This turned out great, Kia. The leaf stencil is s perfect w with the colors you used. Your leaf panel is ddo pretty that it was th e perfrct choice to add just a small string and sentiment.

I love how this works on a stencil. Those colours are perfect for the leaves and I love the contrast between the crisp white and the variable colours of the leaves.

This is fabulous, Kia -I love the color combo and how well it worked with a stencil! I have tried the shaving cream technique but not with a stencil - will definitely be trying this! Faved.
