For CAS425, hosted by KelliJo. Thanks KJ; great challenge!! The challenge, He Is Risen, is to "raise something up" by using heat embossing, dimensionals, etc.
For my card, the square frame encasing the tulips is from a die that cuts three frame pieces. The white ornate portion of the square frame on the card is raised up with two layers of double-sided foam. The plain colored square is raised with one layer of double-sided foam tape, and some of the tulips are raised with foam dots.

This is so so pretty!! I love these soft colors together and that frame is to die for - this card is absolutely gorgeous!!
