After I saw Liz' Spring in Texas card, I knew I was going to have to make a second project today, this time based on this pinned project. I just got these HC dogwoods and was anxious to use them. In making my card, I discovered a good use for the MISTI. (I'm sure lots of people already knew this, but this was the first time I tried it.) After I stamped my flowers and colored them by sponging on the chalk ink -- without removing the cardstock from my MISTI, I restamped them. This made the outline of the flowers and leaves much more crisp than they were after the chalk ink had been rubbed over them.
