I stayed with the landscape orientation as Beverly Sue and changed the colors of inks, paint and stamp.
The bandana technique also includes doodling; I also included colors for the color challenge.
I stamped the paisley image with plum ink. Then using the point of a small watercolor paint brush, I dipped in acrylic paint and dotted randomly on the stamp image and also between in stamped images in patterns of 3.
Using a gold gel pen, I doodled around the images to complete the look.
I used delicate gold ink around the edge and adhered to plum CS base.
Finished with diecutting & stamping the sentiment.
I really love the look of bandanas and think this design comes close to it.
Back in the day bandanas only came in red, black & white. My FIL always carried one in his back pocket and called it a farmer hankie. He used it for wiping his hands working on vehicles.
