Mary is our hostess this week and she has chosen: garden green, basic black, a favorite red and for dessert: Christmas
I die cut the poinsettia flowers and leaves and then sponged with real red (with a touch of cherry cobbler on the edges of the petals) and garden green – trying to create an ombre look with the sponging for interest. I sprayed some shimmer spritz for added sparkle on the flowers (it also left some water marks, which I think adds some interest too). I think the rest is pretty clear – love the look that SU! embossing folder gives my bg panel!

Maura you are so brilliant at CAS cards....I'm in awe....Just the smallest details add so much ...like the thin black framing and the textured panel. What a gorgeous card!
