Bev Polen aka guneauxdesigns is the new Featured Stamper this week. I love Bev's work and she is such a gem, always commenting and leaving love on cards.
I ran across this beautiful card Bev created during the Falliday Fest and the tree brought to mind a tree frame I had and wanted to use. FF16UnderstandBlueA, NY Fall by guneauxdesigns at Splitcoaststampers She stamped, stamped, and stamped some more to get her leaves on her tree. It was awesome. Of course, all I did was punch out some leaves...taking the easy way.
I did the background with Brushos using some wonderful Fall colors. The deer was cut from another die frame I have. I decided to emboss the frame with a woodgrain folder and really like it.
Bev, enjoy your time as Featured Stamper. It is so deserved.

WOW, Benzi, what an AWESOME Fall card. I'm in love with the colors and the design. The tree frame is spectacular and how you've used it is amazing. Love all the fallen leaves too. Way 2 go my friend. I slowly got somewhat of a holiday card uploaded. I'm actually waiting for my snow bird stamp - I think I can do some fun things with it. I finally bought a misti after talking with you about it. Audrey and I went to a stamp convention we go to every year and I saw one there with my name on it. I used it for my card. What a lifesaver. I LOVE IT! Of course, my bank account didn't love it too much! TAKE CARE!
