For Kathy's Blue Christmas Falliday Fest challenge, inspired by Jeanne's TAPED MIX challenge and a re-run of Kelly-Jean's punched washi tape from Monday.
I used tape on white card to cut my snowman and some of the flakes. The rest of the flakes and the base are cut from a failed background...it was meant to be a mask at the bottom, then sprinkled with blue Brushos and misted with their silver spray - but the colour bled under the mask. Those little bits of white along the bottom, they're really the tops of palm trees on a Bethlehem Border from TE, LOL. Don't they make great snowflakes? The top is part of an embossed sheet of card trimmed along the snow line after rubbing lightly with a metallic rub-on from Craft-T. After adding the top and bottom strips, the whole thing was edged with a silver Sharpie and added to a white base.
Mixed media - metallic rub-on, Brusho powders, Brusho acrylic shimmer mist
